There is nothing immoral about abortion when it contributes to a woman’s well-being.

For each argument all you need is an argument diagram and for each sub-argument a discussion of loopholes.

Argument 2 instructions (1 ½ page)

The SECOND argument to critically assess is in the text. It is exercise #9 on page 107 at the end of Chapter Five. It is a complex argument.

Warning: Do not attempt to do this assessment until you have read ch 5 and watched the video on complex arguments.

Make sure you diagram the argument (using the technique for making diagrams of arguments introduced in Chapter Five), and describe a loophole for each subargument (if they are none, classify the subargument as valid).

Argument 3 instructions  (1 ½ page)

The THIRD argument to critically assess is in the text. It is Exercise #10, page 107, at the end of Chapter Five.

Here it is with numbered sentences (the numbers follow the sentence or sentence part) and with premise and conclusion indicator words in red:

There is nothing immoral about abortion when it contributes to a woman’s well-being.  [1] Since consciousness is a function of brain structure

[2],  and since the brain structure of a fetus is akin to that of a non-human animal

[3], it follows that a fetus’ consciousness is similar to that of a non-human animal

[4]. And since the value of an organism’s life depends upon the nature of its consciousness

[5], the value of a fetus’ life is therefore similar to the value of the life of a non-human animal

[6]. Now the well-being of a fully conscious woman is surely more valuable than the life of a non-human animal

[7], as is amply demonstrated by the fact that we do not hesitate to kill non-human animals if doing so contributes to our well-being.

Evaluate and Make the Decision by comparing the alternatives based on the objectives

The purpose of Week 7’s Brainstorming Discussion is to Evaluate and Make the Decision by comparing the alternatives based on the objectives.
This process is achieved in Step Four by creating two decision matrices –
unweighted and weighted.

Step Five involves Assessing the Decision Process, which is where Harry will state the
final decision and how it fulfills HH’s objectives by examining the MDQ process in how that final decision was derived.

Explain the purpose in using decision matrices in Step Four of the MDQ.
Use a scale of 0 – 3 to rate the first decision matrix. (0 being does not meet the objective well to 3 being meets the objective well).

The decision matrices must have the four objectives and four alternatives from the previous week’s discussions.

Additionally, post the first decision matrix in the text box (unweighted). Do NOT use attachments. Explain WHY and HOW Harry derived the ranking of the objectives and alternatives (each of the individual numbers) in the first matrix.

More so, review the Example using MDQ: Which House Do We Purchase?

Use weights that total to 100% for the second decision matrix.Post the second decision matrix in the text box (weighted).

In addition, explain WHY and HOW Harry derived each of the weights for the objectives.
Based on the results of the Decision Matrices, evaluate and analyze all of HH’s alternatives and objectives.

Likewise, state the final decision by explaining and justifying it with the numbers in the matrix.

The final decision is based on the matrices!

Lastly, discuss Step Five: The Final Decision. Explain HOW the final decision (chosen alternative) fulfilled Hannah’s Hat’s objectives.

Perform research and submit a formal report that the CFO will present

Formal Report Assignment
Task

The CFO of World Manufacturing Supply (WMS) has tasked you, the plant supervisor (you asked for your old job back, since you didn’t like dealing with customers),

to perform research and submit a formal report that the CFO will
present to the CEO proposing alternatives to the current restroom supply and maintenance setup.

Ideally, your proposal will reduce costs, improve the appearance of restrooms, and improve efficiency.

You also have the opportunity to make the restrooms “greener.” Make sure you present all costs and cost benefits clearly and  concisely.

Background
WMS, a local medical supply business with attached warehouse (20,000 sq. feet), employs approximately 50 employees.

The plant features six conventional restrooms last renovated in 1980, all stocked with standard trifold paper towels, toilet paper, standard commodes, and traditional sinks,

with hot and cold running water and standard electrical fixtures and fluorescent lighting, with plumbing and wiring to code.

Visitors and clients use two of the restrooms in the front office, one designated for women and one for men.

Each of the women’s restrooms is equipped with three commodes and three sinks, while the men’s restrooms feature two commodes, two urinals, and
three sinks.

Management is open to reviewing restroom gender designations as well.

Recently a client complained to U. R. Cili, Vice President of Marketing, that the

restrooms were cluttered with paper towels and suggested that janitorial staff should clean the restrooms more frequently.

However, Ms. I. M. Cheep, CFO, has indicated that plant costs must be reduce due to rising energy, water, and paper costs, and has also state that WMS cannot afford to increase janitorial staff at this time.

Manual method of tracking sales using paper sales tickets and spreadsheets

As the new manager of a convenience store, you have noticed issues with the manual method of tracking sales using paper sales tickets and spreadsheets,

as well as shortages on some of the more popular items carried in the
store.

Present your case for upgrading to a database-driven solution for tracking sales and inventory to the store owners.

They are concerned about the cost and want to know what this upgrade would entail.
Include the following:

How a system could improve efficiency
How a system could improve accuracy

Also, how sales of individual items would be entered
How the database would store the data compared to the current spreadsheet method

How monitoring of inventory levels based on sales using the database would work
Create A written business proposal (approximately 2 pages)

MORE DETAILS:

What Is Inventory Management?

Inventory management is a step in the supply chain where inventory and stock quantities are tracked in and out of your warehouse.

The goal of inventory management systems is to know where your inventory is at any given time and how much of it you have in order to manage inventory levels correctly.

Some companies may opt to scan in inventory via a barcode scanner to increase efficiency along pick routes and accuracy.

Unlike an ERP system, an inventory management system focuses on one supply chain process.

They often come with the ability to integrate with other software systems

– point of sale, channel management, shipping – so you can build a personalized integration stack to the needs of your unique business.

Choose one global challenge from Diversity in Leadership

Choose one global challenge from Diversity in Leadership, Leadership, Governance & Ethics or Leadership in Crisis.

This essay should demonstrate a substantial understanding and critical analysis of the relevant leadership theories.

All requirement are in attachment called Assignment Brief Final.

There’s also some reading list in the attachment that we have to use as reference in this essay.

Also, the prof’s suggestion of topic are on the Week 2 seminar PPT in the
attachment. The references style should be APA7. Thanks a lot.

More Details:

Additionally, leadership constantly presents challenges to a leader and their abilities.

These challenges are an incitation to rise to another level, to test yourself and improve in the process, and to show that you can accomplish something that may seem difficult or even impossible.

More so, this section describes the kinds of challenges a leader faces, and suggests some ways in which leaders can weather and benefit from them.

WHAT DO WE MEAN BY THE CHALLENGES OF LEADERSHIP?

Being a leader is in itself a challenge.

Also, the challenges of leadership are really of three kinds: external, coming from people and situations; internal, stemming from within the leader himself; and those arising from the nature of the leadership role.

EXTERNAL CHALLENGES

It’s almost impossible to imagine a situation where a leader doesn’t have to cope with external challenges.

Additionally, in an organization, such issues as lack of funding and other resources, opposition from forces in the community, and interpersonal problems within the organization often rear their heads.

Lastly, social, economic, and political forces in the larger world can affect the organization as well.

Attribution theory and how it influences the implementation of innovation technologies

This week’s journal article focuses on attribution theory and how it influences the implementation of innovation technologies.

Two types of employee attributions are noted in the article (intentionality and deceptive intentionality), please review these concepts and answer the following questions:

Provide a high-level overview/ summary of the case study
Note how constructive intentionality impacts innovation implementations

Find another article that adds to the overall findings of the case and note how attribution-based perspective enhances successful innovation implementations.

Please be explicit and detailed in answering this question.
The paper should meet the following requirements:

3-5 pages in length (not including title page or references)
APA guidelines must be followed.

The paper must include a cover page, an introduction, a body with fully developed content, and a conclusion.

Also, a minimum of five peer-reviewed journal articles.

The writing should be clear and concise.

Headings should be use to transition thoughts. Don’t forget that the grade also includes the quality of writing.

More Details:

We used attribution theory to explain employee behavior toward innovation implementation.
Additionally, we focused on employee innovation attributions to organizational intentionality as employees’ sensemaking of why their organization has adopted an innovation.
More so, we identified two types of employee attributions: to constructive intentionality and to deceptive intentionality.
We collected data from 397 employees and 84 managers of Chinese and Korean organizations.
Results showed that employee attribution to constructive intentionality enhanced innovation effectiveness by increasing active implementation and decreasing implementation avoidance.
By contrast, employee attribution to deceptive intentionality diminished innovation effectiveness by increasing implementation avoidance.
These findings enrich the innovation implementation literature by introducing the attribution-based perspective of sensemaking.

Additionally, while recruitment efforts toward men of color have increased at many colleges and universities, their retention and graduation rates still lag behind those of their white peers.

More so, men of color, particularly black and Latino men, face a number of unique challenges in their educational careers that often impact their presence on campus and inhibit their collegiate success.

Empowering Men of Color on Campus examines how men of color negotiate college through their engagement in Brothers for United Success (B4US), an institutionally-based male-centered program at a Hispanic Serving Institution.

In addition, Derrick R. Brooms, Jelisa Clark, and Matthew Smith introduce the concept of

educational agency, which is harbored in cultural wealth and demonstrates how ongoing B4US engagement empowers the men’s efforts and abilities to persist in college.

Lastly, they found that the cultural wealth(s) of the community enhanced the students’ educational agency, which bolstered their academic aspirations, academic and social engagement, and personal development.
