a) How the erasure of Korean culture in favor of implacing Japanese culture (which included the changing of Korean names to Japanese, the outlaw of speaking and being literate in Korean, implantation of Japanese religion, and the economic and political integration into Japan) was done to make Korean citizens more Japanese while also, in certain cases, treating them as subpar Japanese citizens. b) parallels between Korean Imperial soldiers and the Japanese-American soldiers and how both governments attempted to practice a form of equality when in actuality it was not equality that spurred the involvement of Korean and Japanese-American citizens to join their respective militaries, but the demand for labor and (expendable in a sense) soldiers that launched this move with the main focus being on Korean soldiers. c) and finally how the organization of public sex led to legal exploitaton (in the sense that it was sanctioned by the government and women were forced into it) and how it undermines the rationale for the Japanese military’s responsibility.

When writing about music it is important that you consider the cultural context of the music. For example, consider how classical music is usually played on a stage with people wearing suits and sitting quietly. If you attended a heavy metal music performance you would expect people to be extremely loud and dancing around. The context in which both genres of music is played is an important part of the music.
