Thirdly, Why is that important at your organization?

Fourthly, Who do you think established this particular norm—the top leaders of the organization or the front-line workers?

Fifthly, Do people seem to like the norm, do they resent it, or do they simply accept it without any real thought?

Also, Did your perception about the workplace norm change since you first encountered it?
