Ask this individual how they make their major investment decisions? a. What considerations do they include in their decision framework? What other stakeholders do they consult? b. What types of financial analyses do they conduct (if any) prior to making a major investment decision? 2. Investment decisions at low levels of management often are made without a thorough financial foundation. In larger organizations and at higher levels of management, financial considerations are given much more consideration and weight.
