We all know there is no “dream job,” but some people get pretty close to having their dream job. Why is this? Why is it that some people get nearer to the dream than others? One secret is that they have a vision that turn into goals that motivate them to move forward, to take action. For this 4th assignment, you are to dream for a moment. Do some dreaming and reflecting and then respond to the three questions below. 1. Consider your current position and dream how it could be better from an external point of view. In other words, what changes would need to occur outside of yourself that would make your current job closer to the dream job you would like?
