Identify if there has been an established cancer and immunization registry using  the Web site for your state department of health. Determine whether your state has a statewide cancer or immunization registry. If so, determine the source of the data included in the registries. Then find out what diseases are on the notifiable/reportable list for your state. Present your findings in a one to three page document.
