The requirements This assessment requires you to create an audio-visual training resource for the Growth Hub in the form of a 10-minute voice-over presentation in which you will explain ONE (1) of the following: 1. How to conduct an external strategic audit, using DEEPLIST and Porter’s Five Forces 2. How to identify the corporate culture of a company (specify what TWO (2) models you are using; 3. How to conduct an internal audit of a company, using Porter’s Value Chain; 4. How to conduct an internal audit of a company, using the Resource Based View; 5. How to determine a company’s USP and Competitive Advantage; Only choose ONE (1) of these options. Guidance: Your audio-visual presentation is designed to be aimed at small business managers and start-up entrepreneurs, many of who do not have a business degree and have not studied these models before. This means that you need to convey both a grounded (referenced) knowledge base and specific examples (at least 3) to contextualise your arguments. You must present your knowledge in an engaging tone and pitch so that they can convey the key information and hold the attention of your audience. You need to demonstrate a strong understanding of the relevant underlying model(s) and theories and include appropriate references. You must give examples to contextualise your points and you will earn higher marks if you can provide references for these.
