I need a philosophy Masters’s (MA) thesis paper. The page should be 80 and I need different philosophical moral and ethical views to be included. Specifically, consequentialism and deontology should be included as ethical theories. Kant’s deontological ethical system will be presented in detail. The existing challenges of business in Ethiopia should be mentioned in detail. This includes poor implementation of the law, corruption, favoritism, impartiality, and so on. Mill’s utilitarianism and deontological ethics will be presented as ethical theories that govern most business philosophies. Corruption should be presented as a justified ethical principle as it is unavoidable. Business owners should bribe officials to run their business. If there is no good law implementation and if the government officials make impartiality and corruption a norm any business firm should involve letting survive its business. For this view, we need a sound philosophical argument that suggests if there is impartiality and poor law implementation, corruption is an option. The format of the paper will be APA. It will have abstract, keywords, and contents; if possible I appreciate a better-suggested title that can replace the given title. The contents or outline should have up to five or six chapters, conclusion, and references. Other countries similar challenges shall be presented as comparisons. The flow will be giving a general introduction to business ethics, showing the challenges in Ethiopia and present some ethical philosophical views that show their relevance to the existing situation in Ethiopia. There should be a critic/ critique part that evaluates weaknesses of reflected philosophical ethical thoughts and the existing practice in Ethiopia. We should include ethical and philosophical terms reputedly to show emphasis on philosophical moral and ethical principles as for the paper is a philosophy paper. I need the argument will be showing the existing challenges of doing business in Ethiopia. Business people shouldn’t label unethical for their engagement in corruption and favoritism as the existing political and administrative system enforce them to do so. Like a case, we can include the shortage of foreign currency forced the importers to use under-invoicing, that by default make them exposed to give bribe for customs officials and that continues to sell their goods without invoice and reduce taxes. Ethical theories that should justify corruption in such cases should be given. Every stakeholder is either directly or indirectly involved in the violation of so-called business ethics.
