The paper should include: a. Response to the perceived accuracy of gift assessment. Be sure to listen to the lecture on the Personality Gifts before beginning your paper. (The student may discover that besides the primary gifting, there may be one or two strong secondary gifts, which may be commented upon in the paper.) b. A brief ministry history that reveals development/use of one of the student’s top gifts. c. A Biblical definition of this gift and at least three examples of its use by Biblical personages as recorded in Scripture (use Bible software for this portion of the assignment). d. Modern ministry opportunities where this gift may be demonstrated. e. A personal statement of mission that reveals passion for serving according to one’s gifting. This Gift Assessment Interaction paper should seek to: a. Reveal the student’s understanding of God’s working in his/her life. b. Show the student’s thoughtful response to a personal assessment experience. c. Demonstrate Biblical definitions and examples of the use of specific gifts. d. Demonstrate one’s commitment to use the gifts God has given. e. Establish a direction for use of current gifts to serve the purposes of Christ.
